GUARANTEE
When buying from our website, you can rest assured that what you are getting is the real deal. Ambrose Militaria carries a 100% lifetime guarantee of authenticity on all items listed for sale. We value each and every artifact that we pass along to fellow collectors and do the most we can to accurately describe what is being sold. If at any point a mistake is made, we will make it right.
SHIPPING / RETURNS
Upon purchase of an item, packages will be shipped through USPS or UPS depending on the package size and what is being shipped. Due to the complexities of shipping abroad, Ambrose Militaria only ships within the United States. If you are unsatisfied with an item you receive, you may return it within a 5 day inspection period upon delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Any items returned altered, damaged, or in any condition other than initially received are void of any refunds.
LAYAWAY POLICY
Ambrose Militaria allows Layaway for items valued over $100. An initial down payment of 20% is required, followed by a 20% payment per 15 days with the item being paid in full by 60 days. Failure to pay an item in full will result in a 20% restocking fee. Only 1 item may be put on layaway at a time unless otherwise stated by Ambrose Militaria. Since layaways take time, no refunds or discounts will be granted for items placed on layaway.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment through Paypal, Certified Checks, and Money Orders. Items purchased through PayPal will be shipped 3 business days after receipt. Payments made by Certified Checks and Money Orders will be held for 7 days. If payment is not received within the stated time frame, items will be re-listed for sale on the website. Items paid by Check will be held until the bank clears it.
